Ruggiero brings more than two decades of communications experience, advising some of the world’s leading companies and their leadership teams. She has counseled executives through IPOs, acquisitions, leadership transitions, workforce changes, regulatory matters, product launches and other high-profile business moments, helping organizations develop clear messaging, protect reputation and build stakeholder confidence.<\/p>\n

Ruggiero\u2019s vast experience spans top consumer brands and high-growth B2B enterprise technology. Throughout her career, she has counseled clients including Samsung SmartThings, Jabra, Skyscanner and e.l.f. Beauty, as well as B2B technology leaders including Check Point Software Technologies, e2open, LiveRamp and Spring Health. Ruggiero brings deep industry expertise in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, AdTech, IoT, consumer technology and fintech and financial services. She also created and led executive media training programs that prepare leaders for broadcast interviews, investor presentations, keynote appearances, podcasts and town halls, and crisis situations, helping executives communicate with clarity while strengthening thought leadership and mitigating risk.<\/p>\n

What makes Ruggiero’s perspective particularly distinctive is her background as an award-winning journalist.
